Diana Seaton, DVM

Dr. Seaton is a new addition to the family at Handsboro Animal Hospital as of January 2026. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. Specializing in small animal medicine, her postgraduate work included an internship at LA Veterinary Referral Hospital, now known as Medvet. She worked at Banfield Pet Hospital in Slidell for three years and then at Pet Haven from 2014 to December of 2025.

Dr. Seaton has a special interest in the areas of dermatology, dentistry, and internal medicine. She is a member of the AMVA and the SMVMA.

Dr. Seaton has a boyfriend, Brad, and a Dachshund named Petey who is 9 years old. In her free time, she enjoys working out, watching movies, going to the beach, and hanging out with family and friends. Some fun facts about Dr. Seaton are that she used to compete in body building, she was born in Italy, and her mom is from Spain!
